Terms & FAQ
For shipping, we use mostly FEDEX, DHL, Purolator or postal services. All our shipment come with tracking number and insurance except packages under 20$. USA shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to additional charges.
Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Free shipping is offered to all our Canadian and American (lower 48 states) customers only when you purchase a minimum of 149$US. Shipping apply on all International shipment.
PAYMENT AND HANDLING TIMES
We will ship usually your purchase within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment. Otherwise, we will contact you.
For special order, please allow up to 2 weeks before we can ship your order.
All Canadian customers will be charged province sales tax at the time of checkout.
We will only ship to the verified shipping address on your PayPal account at the time of payment.
If you need to update your shipping address, please DO NOT pay until you have changed your shipping address in both eBay and PayPal.
Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.
Import duties, taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fee or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
The amounts are usually determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
- The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture
- The merchandise classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to
- VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipping
Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
Effective from March 10th 2016, United States Customs and Border Protection has raised the import de minimis limit from $200 to $800. This is the value of a shipment of merchandise, imported by one person on one day, that may be imported free of duties and taxes and without the need of a customs declaration. Our priority is your satisfaction !
In the unfortunate event that you want to return an item, please contact our customer service department within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return authorization number (RA#) will be provided by our customer service department and must accompany all returns to help us process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Buyer is also responsible of custom duties and charges if applicable.
All returns for refund will be refunded minus the initial shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
If you qualified for free shipping but you return an item and now your order is less than 149$US, initial shipping cost will be charged to you.
If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
N.B: We reserve the right to refuse a return on discounted items.
THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION
In order for High End Bike Discount to accept your returned merchandise, it has to be in mint condition, with the original packaging and tags. We must be able to sell it to someone else.
Bike apparel must be clean, odour free and without any pet hair.
For obvious hygiene reasons, we won’t reimburse jersey, bike shorts, bib shorts and socks unless they’re in absolute perfect condition. These items must still have their tags on, must never have been worn or washed and the packaging must be intact.

Where do we source our inventory from?
We have great relationships with local bike shops around. These great relationships enable us to bring you exclusive rare and hard to find high-end bike products. We are constantly on the look out to find exotic bikes we would like to own ourselves. If you are passionate about bikes, like we are, you will find a great selection of bikes right here. We keep an eye on the market to make sure our prices are competitive and just.
Can you find me a certain item?
At this time our inventory is limited to what you see in our store. As our company grows we will be able to accommodate most requests for specific items.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have paid for an item and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If we are contacted before the item is shipped, we will refund your purchase in whole including the shipping charges. If we are not contacted in a timely fashion and your item has been shipped you will be responsible for the outgoing and return shipping charges.
